Jira with Samba LDAP backend

Hi, 

I would like to configure JIRA to authentication users based on Samba LDAP backend system. So far I've gotten JIRA to login to the Samba LDAP as seen below.

I've configured JIRA as presented below, where it's evident that I'm using Zentyal Samba backend LDAP.

The problematic settings are the following, which I'm not sure how to set.

• Additional user DN
• Additiona Group DN

Also, other settings that I would like to set properly are presented below:

Can somebody please attach the pictures of what he/she is using for their Samba configuration. It seems a waste to run Samba LDAP if not all systems are using it and currently JIRA is the system in my network that's not taking advantage of it. Therefore I would like to configure it properly in order to do so.
