Jira Database Values Plugin - Database Driver

Hi,

I am using database-values-plugin-2.0. with Jira-5.2.11 . The Jira database is MySQL with the driver /opt/jira/current/lib/mysql-connector-java-5.1.10.jar . In the jira-database-values-plugin-11330.properties, what driver name shall I assign to the parameter database.driver=???

I tried to enter mysql-connector-java-5.1.10.jar , but got error as

jira.plugin.databasevalues.DatabaseValuesViewHelper] JDBC driver class not found

Let me know if you have some thoughts on it. Thanks.

I just figured it out . Here is the syntax for connecting to the external MySQL server:

database.driver=com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
database.user=jira_user
database.password=jira_password
database.connection.url=jdbc:mysql://mysql.example.com:3306/database_name
