Jenkins - JIRA Plugin : Create JIRA task from Jenkins

Hi

We attempt to create a JIRA task from Jenkins after completing a build in Jenkins, but unable to get it working. 

JIRA plug-in version : 2.3

JIRA version : 7.2.1

Jenkins version : 2.7.1

Does anyone managed to get it working and able to point us to the right direction ?

I've seen it working in a couple of places, so I think the question needs to go into debugging - what errors are you getting and what do the logs say is going wrong?

We also tried running the following sample from JIRA documentation but not working as well.
