Javascript errors disable almost any functions

ndh October 11, 2012

After a fresh install of Confluence and an import of data of the onDemand instance I can see al Wiki pages (except the JIRA Issues inserted) but I can't edit them:

I see these Javascript errors in the console:

AJS.Confluence: run binder components (batch.js:6)

Failed to run init function: TypeError: Object #<object> has no method 'get' (batch.js:6)

Failed toInit function is: function (A){AJS.I18n.get(com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.share-page)

} (batch.js:6)

I managed it now by reinstalling Confluence and importing the existing spaces as XML.

Thanks for help,

Nico

Hi Nico,

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem with JS, but can I ask you to try clearing your browser caches to see whether this resolves the JS issues? Then, if that doesn't work please open a ticket with Support, (in the Confluence project), so that we can investigate this issue further on your behalf.

All the best,
John
