Every 10 minutes I find I have to re-supply my login details, which is frustrating if I am trying to update a ticket that I opened several minutes beforehand as I get a token error when submitting changes. Can someone have a look at my account to see why this is happening?

Are clicking links to your Ondemand issues from your Email application? such as Outlook..etc?
This issue was related to the fact that connections are coming from third party applications on mobile devices and holding SOAP calls to the instance. By closing and stopping the applications, this problems seems to have been resolved.
