Hi Alex,

It's very hard to say what might be the cause of this issue without reviewing your logs, but a common cause of this type of issue can be the plugin caches so I would suggest that you start by trying the solution proposed in this knowledge base article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=223219163

If that doesn't resolve the issue then I would suggest that you open a ticket with Support so that one of our engineers can review this issue and advise you how to get your instance up and running again.
