JIRA Service Desk: Escalations

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: JIRA Service Desk: Escalations

Dears,

According to the above subject, may you please help me how can i add field escalate field in steps on our portal service desk in this new feature

This widget could not be displayed.

Have your admin add an Escalation status into the workflow with a global transition.
