JIRA 5.0.7 upgradefrom 32 bit to 64 bit setup

Hi currently we are using the 32 bit of jira 5.0.7 and now due to heap size atlassian is suggested to 64 bit of jira.can you please share what the things need to done like java and tomacat version any thing needs to upgrade fro this jira 5.0.7 64 bit.
