I'm testing JETI and so far everything works as expected. I can send mails from an issue and when I reply to those emails from an email program it gets routed to the correct issue.
This is were my problem starts: I can see all outgoing emails in the email tab on the issue detail page. The incoming emails, however, are not treated as emails but are added as comments to the issue.
This means, I have to look in two places to follow the email conversation.
Is this how JETI works or am I doing someting wrong? I would like to use JETI to handle project mail traffic and have all project related email conversations documented in the issue.
