We have Created Problem Workflow in JIRA which has step for approval from Customer. But When Admin user creates the Problem Ticket Via JIRA SD View & Put Approver as one of the customer, In Customer Portal screen, Customer doesnt see option to approve. Note that In this case Ticket is created by /Assigned to Admin User.
But When Customer create the Prolem Ticket Via Customer Portal, Approval Button visible to them.
So My questions are :
1. Do we have to create tickets form customer Portal Only to issue to be appear for approval?
2. Is this Limitation in JIRA SD.
3. Also in assignee screen , we are not able to see that users or assign the ticket tp that user.
Please advice ASAP as we have deadline to configure the Workflow.
1. Yes, I believe, that portal can show only issues that was made on portal. Issues made on Jira SD won't be accessible via portal
2. Yes. You can try some scripting, but this would take A LOT of mandays
3. You can assigne issue only to users that have access to project (they have to have Browse project permission (if not Jira Service Desk license))
