Is there a way where I can restrict users from doing certain bulk operations? (ex: Some users are allowed to bulk move and edit but not clone)

With Clone plus plugin you can apply permission control on who can do clone operations. But if you go thisroute you have to disable the in-built clone feature and roll out the same feature using clone plus plugin with permission control in place.

My concern was related to Bulk Clone option enabled through Bulk Clone Professional Plug in actually. Not single ticket cloning
