Is there a way to not show closed issues (stories/tasks/bugs) in the Plan Mode of the Rapid board?

All of our closed "Jira tickets" are showing up in the Plan Mode of Greenhopper's rapid board. Is there a way to not have them show up outside of creating a quick filter?

You could change the underlying filter of the board to exclude closed issues, or map them to an appropriate column on your board. Also, do these issues have values in the resolution field? It could be that this field has been cleared and Greenhopper is not recognizing them as closed.

HI Dave,

Our workflow has both a resolved and closed status. I took out the resolved status within the Rapd Board Done column to avoid confusion. This seems to solve the issue.

If the issue has a resolution value (which is set in the transition to 'Resolved' status), then it should not appear in the Plan mode.

If you have taken out the status from the column mapping, how are you actually closing the items in GreenHopper by drag and drop?
