Is there a way to enable notifications for Pivotal Tracker integration messages?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Pivotal Tracker integration

Is there a way to enable notifications for Pivotal Tracker messages so that the room gets a "new message count" badge? I tried notify=true and announce=true on the wehook URL but neither worked.
