Is there a way to create personal blog posts from emails?

I am attempting to change user behavior regarding daily updates. Currently users spam their daily work efforts at various distribution lists, and these pieces of data would fit perfectly into a blog post. Is there a method or way that by simply having these people CC a confluence watched mail box or distribution list and include a subject tag like say Daily that would capture that content into their own personal blog? It could work something similar to the way jira can capture comments on an issue if you include the issue ID in the subject line.
