Is there a possibility to create an Epics template?

Peter Kramlinger March 10, 2013

For every partner of ours, we use the similar Epic with the similar Stories and Tasks. I am questioning if there is a possibility to set up an template which creates a whole new System of Epics and Stories and Tasks just by typing an new name. Right now, we have to set up this system of 2Do's single handed for every new partner.

I am asking, if there is such an template - or equivalent - function we can use?

Thank you for answering!

Hi Peter,

I'm afraid there isn't such thing in Greenhopper. I've created an improvement regarding your request at GHS-7989.

Hi @codelab expert, Could you confirm if this supports bulk cloning of epics and issues within those epics, or is it limited to issues and subtasks? Many thanks Louise

That particular add-on was archived at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/archive/com.netent.jira.plugins.bulkclone.BulkClone.

See https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.lbcg.jira.plugins.bulkclone.BulkClone for a new add-on with similar functionality by the same vendor.
