Is there a function to add hyper link automatically?

Hyperlink the keywords to the corresponding page.

e.g.: we create a new page “Corporate Action” which has a sentence “ Rights Issue is a kind of corporate action”. We also has an old page named “ Rights Issue” in the Confulence . Is it possible to add a hyper link on the words "Rights Issue" to the page “ Rights Issue” automatically?
