Is "JIRA Performance Testing with Grinder" document still valid for both JIRA Server 7.0.9 and JIRA Cloud?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: JIRA Performance Testing with Grinder

https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/jira-performance-testing-with-grinder-461504621.html

If it is not, but you know about any other description of up-to-date tests that do, can you please point me to them?

Currently, as far as I was able to clarify, only a few tests were validated for JIRA 7.0 Server. Also, the test suite is not designed with running on the JIRA Cloud in mind, so results in that area are not reliable.
