Staff are receiving notifications of all changes if they have made a comment on a content page. Given we are still developing our system it is causing a lot of unintential e mails?
It's a personal profile setting - any user who wants it turned off can go to their profile and disable it.
Doing it globally is not possible though, until version 5.2.2, or if you are willing to do some scripting/coding. See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-28268
