Is it possible to query with CQL by page property value?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Confluence Search Syntax

Is it possible to query with CQL by page property value? We'd like to be able to use page properties as metadata for the purpose of creating some fairly robust systems documentation. It would be nice to be able to leverage CQL against page properties so we can quickly narrow down affected systems by integration point during migrations and upgrades.
