Is it possible to add a blog post with a different username?

I wondered if this would be possible...

The Blog posts from another portal shall be integrated into Confluence , but I can't change the username, who posts it...?

Unfortunately not, sorry about that. I created a new improvement request here: CONF-25205

It's also possible to create this yourself by editing the Confluence source code or by creating a plugin. If your company does not have the required time/skill to make this happen, I'm more than happy to find the best expert to help you based on your requirements.
