Is it planned that Jira/Atlassian support OAuth2 in the future?

In that case, when can we expect to use OAuth2 with Jira/Atlassian?

Hi Sergio,

I've gone ahead and created a feature request for OAuth 2.0 support with JIRA:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-43171

I'd suggest watching and voting on the issue.

I was also interested in this and voted myself. Please consider voting too, Sergio.

when OAuth 2.0 will be implemented for JIRA REST API, I still see in their docs that its showing OAuth2.0 will not work for JIRA REST API.
