Integrate Crucible with CA siteminder

Hi all,

I am trying to update a project that provided authentication to Crucible via CA Siteminder. The project uses com.cenqua.fisheye.user.FEUser which appears to be deprecated. I cannot find any mention on the atlassian site as to what the replacement for this should be.

Does anyone have any links to documentation or examplse for providing authentication integration with Crucible or Fisheye ?

Thanks in advance,

We do have an open feature request for this, please see FE-925. Your comments and vote on that issue are very much appreciated.

However I do not believe this is a high priority and is probably not going to be scheduled in the foreseeable future.

One workaround is to use Custom Authentication. An example package for which includes various examples and steps for creating a custom authentication jar can be found at

Please let us know how you go...
