in .atlassian.net i can't see some steps in docs to install plugins
how i can do it?
we have a problem to install jira in remote host. local is the better option to install?
From your URL, (atlassian.net), I suspect you are an OnDemand customer and this would explain why you are unable to install plugins. If you are indeed an OnDemand customer then please see this document for further explanation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Atlassian+OnDemand+Plugin+Policy
So, in the event that you wish to install plugins you will need to install a local instance of JIRA as you have suggested.
All the best,
I'm not sure what the question really is here, but can you try going into your Jira as an administrator, going to the "plugins" section and checkin that you get the option to search the marketplace, list the currently installed plugins and so on?
Check https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+JIRA's+Plugins to see the details there.
Assuming you can see the plugin managers, then the next step is to look for and try to install the plugin.
As for whether remote or local is better, that depends on what you need from it.
