In Sprint Planning, I don't see the estimate field

In the attached document, the red arrow points to where I think I should see an estimate field. How do I make that field show up?

Seems that there are no screenshots attached to the question. Would you mind posting it again? Which board are you referring to? Have you ensured that Time Tracking is enabled in your instance?
