'Import to JIRA Project' dropdown is blank in CSV file import plugin

As an administrator, I've tried to import a CSV file and I can get as far as selecting the file I want to upload but there are no projects to import my issues into in the 'Import to JIRA project' dropdown menu. There are plenty of active projects listed in the regular projects dropdown so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

For OnDemand customers needing this working now, please request your support engineer to install the fixed version in your current SAC issue (or create a new one requesting it).

Are you using IE or outdated browser version. Try to use another browser such as Mozilla or Chrome or update your current browser.
