If one job fails in a stage Bamboo should fail the entire build

Is there a setting in Bamboo that will check if 1 job fails in a stage to stop and fail the build?

I know there is an method in the REST service to kill a plan however I would need to set something up to monitor the build and fail the build if a job fails.

One failed job does fail the build. Do you mean it should cancel the build?

Yes, we have one project that uses multiple remote agents during a stage and to save time it would be great if there was a setting that could cancel the build if one job fails.

It's not possible out of the box. You'd need to write a simple plugin that gets triggered on Job completion and kills other Jobs.
