I want to login jira using wordpress sso

Basically what i want is if i am logged in wordpress,it should automatically sign me in to my jira account as well

You will need to get your wordpress SSO to work with whatever user directory JIRA is using.  Some do not support external SSOs, so you might need to swap to another.
