I want to FTP files and folders to confluence...is it possible

I want to FTP files and folders to confluence...is it possible such that a user can ftp files/folders to a specific folder in confluence ? Please suggest if u have anything....I tried using FTP Uploader but that seems not to work with Confluence 4.2.11

You could take a look at Configuring WebDav for Confluence :

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Configuring+a+WebDAV+client+for+Confluence

It's not FTP but it could offer you the same features.

FTP won't really work either - even if you upload files to Confluence's attachment storage, it won't attach them unless you do a stack of scripting on top of the transfer.
