I seem to be missing global template options for Confluence onDemand?

I don't have the default global template settings for my installation?

I've looked under administration > confluence > look and feel. Nothing there apart from Colour Scheme.

Currently I have to set my layout for each space, after I've created the space. Not ideal.

Thanks. I did read a post on here by someone else, who had access to this feature. However I'll accept this as my answer. It's an inconvience, but nothing major.
