I need the ability to only send "Critical" issues through email to our Developers

Can anyone assist me with setting this up?

Hi Rob, it's exactly how it was answered in your other question:


But it depends on how the filter it's configured.

If it's for a filter subscription, just include the priority in the filter.

If you're talking about saying something like "only send issue created emails to developers if a field matches a criteria", then you're out of luck. Emails are sent based purely on actions being done, not on the content of the issues.
