I cannot activate Greenhopper in my new JIRA installation

I received my first installation of JIRA w Confuence today. I cannot activate Greenhooper which I understand comes preinstalled. What are my next steps? Thanks.

You might want to make sure that you have also signed up for GreenHopper together with your OnDemand subscription. Otherwise, feel free to contact Atlassian Support for further assistance.

Yes, I'm sure I signed up because I'm going to be billed on it next month. I guess support is next. Thanks.
