I can't update because not the correct key what do I do?

I love my new theme Slam! but I am having trouble with updating the WPBakery that came with my theme. Apparently I don't have the correct key for the update process andfallowingthe prompts leads me to Codecannyon and page without further direction to find the proper key and I am lost. How do I get the visual composer licence key?

I think you need to ask this in a Visual Composer forum.

(Unless it really is something to do with an Atlassian product)
