I am receiving Sympton 2("Failed to update request participants field") and do not have the Rating CustomField plugin. What else could be causing that error?

Wondering if there an update on this? I got the error today and also do not have the Rating CustomField plugin anywhere close. Were you able to pinpoint the culprit?
