The capabilities that are critical are as follows:
1. Tag resources by: Skills, Groups that they belong to, experience level, Role and Rate ($)
2. Search a resource by skill set or any other of the above criteria
3. View resource allocation - the projects that they are allocated to and their capacity availability
I have looked at Tempo planner, AIM, Activity timeline and FEYWA and only FEYWA appears to have all of the above. Unfortunately they don't appear to have a version for Jira 7.x. Wondering if anyone knows a plugin that can provide the above functionality. Your responses will be much appreciated.
