I Can't get the following plugging from the Marketplace!

I want to buy the license of the 'The Scheduler' plugging via Atlassian Marketplace, when I try to buy the license or the 30 trial version it throws me an error. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/pl.com.tt.jira.plugin.theschedulerpro/version/18

How do you get the plugging? Thanks a lot.
