How to send email notifications history?

I created a transition called "Public notice" in each "Step name" "workflow". This transition sends email messages to watchers of the issue. But would the users to get beyond this message, other messages also sent previously. Thus forming a message history. You can do this?

Hi Bruno,

Since the mail messages are created on the fly, JIRA doesn't have such a function. You can't re-send a mail message from a past event on the current step of the workflow. You'll need to modify every workflow step to send the emails when they're executed.
