- How many hours are spend in a sprint by one developer(greenhopper)

- How many hours a spend by this developer on the total project

Hi Tom,

By default JIRA only collects the overall amount of time that is spent on an issue by everyone who interacts with the issue rather than having a report that specifies the amount of time each user has logged on the specific ticket, but there are a number of 3rd-party plugins that you can install that will assist you in tracking and reporting the amount of work logged on each issue by each of your JIRA users. You can find a list of the most popular plugins in the following document, so I would suggest that you evaluate which ones provide the functionality you require: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRACOM/Using+JIRA+For+Time+Tracking

All the best,
John

Try eazyBI reports and charts plugin for JIRA which allows to create custom reports and charts from JIRA data. There you can create report on "Hours spent" measure by "Project", "Fix Version" and "Logged by" (which user reported hours) dimensions which should give results you are looking for. Created reports or charts can be published also as JIRA dashboard gadgets.

Tom,

If you are still looking for answerrs, you may also want to check out the Arsenale Dataplane reporting add-on for JIRA. Dataplane comes with an out-of-the-box report (amony many others) called "Work Logged by Date", which allows you to easily extract the hours worked and segment the results by project, sprint, or other arbitrary criteria. You can also extract additional worklog data in tabular format via the Issues Work Log Table, including arbitrary fields. I hope this helps!

Back in 2010 I hadn't been using the Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo) that long and I started searching online to see if I could chat to other users primarily about how they used the produc...
