This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Delete a repository

I manual deleted a repository in https://bitbucket.org, Bitbucket whether provide some way to retrieve it?

The documentation clearly states "Deleting a repository permanently removes it from Bitbucket Cloud. " so after you delete it there is no way to restore it.
