How to re-new my evaluation license when I don't have access to the original account?

Hi

The guy setup the original MyAtlassian account left the company, and now our evalution license expired. I don't have access to his account. How can I re-new my evaluation license?

I left a message in Atlssian contact us web site, but got no reply.

Hi Jirong,

As you are only talking about an evaluation license, you can actually just create a new account and generate a new license, as described here: https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/purchase-licensing#evaluations-1

We're happy to extend your download product evaluation period for up to 90 days free, but after that time you should consider purchasing a license for the desired amount of users.

But I see the server id is different, is that all right?

It turns out the account and server id doesn't matter. Problem resoved.
