How to query the data and display it in a xml?

When viewing issues through an RSS view and bring in an xml file (SearchRequest.xml) shows me the data (description issue) I need within a table with css style, is there any way to display that data as xml pure, since I can not extract the necessary data from the table with css style.

The view that I mentioned is to enter "IssueNavigator.jspa" and click on View -> RSS
