How to insert data to external database using confiforms add-ons

It's possible or not to insert data to external database like MySql and store the attachment image file to confluence attachment directory ?
If it possible, Please tell me how to go forward with this.

In ConfiForms, we have an integration via ConfiForms IFTTT with external databases (datasources).

Basically, you can setup your ConfiForms form to do a CRUD operation, here you can see the demo:

And yes, the files are always stored as attachments when you use ConfiForms to upload files
