How to import a Sharepoint Wiki into Confluence?

I'm new to Confluence and we are seriously considering moving from Sharepoint Wiki to Confluence Wiki. What is the easiest way to do this?

I've downloaded the UWC plug-in and am not sure how to "add" pages to the Convert from Wiki part...
