How to hide a set of Projects from a set of Users in Jira

I have many projects set up in Jira and now a Client has to be added ti Jira coz he will be giving me all the requirements. The problem is he shouldnt see the Other Client's projects.

Now I need him to see only his project in the projects list.

Define your permission scheme using project roles, so the user in particular role will see the project in which he has role not the other projects.

Refer to below link for details on project and permissions https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Project+Permissions
