How to hide a set of Projects from a set of Users in Jira

I have many projects set up in Jira and now a Client has to be added ti Jira coz he will be giving me all the requirements. The problem is he shouldnt see the Other Client's projects.

Now I need him to see only his project in the projects list.

Refer to below link for details on project and permissions https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Project+Permissions
