How to fix Conditional Formatting Issues?

I've created a spreadsheet and used conditional formatting to add arrows automatically in a cell depending on the following values:

Color of the arrow Position Value

Green pointing up >0
Yellow centered 0
Red pointing down <0

This simple rule works perfectly in column F, which contains only values. Nonetheless if i use it in column E, where the numbers, are the result of a formula, the conditional formatting doesn't show the arrows for the values "100%" nor "0"

Can you tell me how to fix this problem?

Then go to:

Select save as

And save a copy in your computer.
Thanks in advance

This is not a question about Atlassian products, which is what this forum is for. I think you need to post this in an Excel related forum instead.

Or explain what this has to do with Atlassian, of course.
