I need to hide some fields based on current login (eg. on create issue screen I need to hide components list, so customer or reporter will not see. then project leader can see and fill this field once ticket is created by customer
You can't. Jira doesn't do field level security - a field is either on the screen or it isn't and you can't change who can or can't see/edit it by user.
Some of the system fields do have this - assignee, reporter, fix version, scheduled date etc - these are controlled by permissions, but the rest, and all your custom fields, don't do it.
