How to complete sprint on the GreenHopper Board with incomplete subtasks?

Miki Yuzawa August 22, 2012

When I have incomplete subtasks at the end of the sprint, and I want to roll over them to the next sprint what step I need to take in Greenhopper without messing burndown data?

Currently, if there are incomplete subtasks, I get message, "Sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks on the following issues:" and won't able to complete the sprint.

Thank you,

Miki

You may want to not close the parent taks in until all subtasks are done. In plan mode you will only se parent taks and the subtasks are added automaticly to the same sprint as the parent.
