For us it is necessary to bulk change the links in one or several spaces from Link > Web Link to Link > Search format. Changing manually on each page separately is very difficult and time consuming.

Can I use Confluence Command Line somehow to do this?

If I understand correctly the links are Confluence links that have been entered as external web links. If that's the case, the strategies in this article may be of help: How Do I replace all 'hard' links to my old Base URL
