How to assign move an issue to a step based on custom field selection

I have a requirement where I have a screen in which I have a dropdown custom field which has values Yes or no.

If the user selects Yes I need to move the issue to a particular step and if user selects no the issue should be moved to a particular step.

Is there anyway I can achieve this apart from writing a custom script to do this.

Any help on this is appreciated.

If you don't want to write any code at all, you can do it by having two actions with the same name that go to the two different destinations. Each action has a mutually exclusive condition based on the custom field value.
