How to: Remove several several users from a list of all reported issues?

Hello All, I am trying to build a list of all users and the number of reported issues per user. Problem is we use the JIRA email as a catch all for all of our accounts: newegg, ebay, ETC, and ETC. Trying to get rid of all of the catchall stuff.

If a user has performed an action in Jira, you won't be able to delete them. You can disable the user so that it doesn't consume a license, though.  I would recommend leaving those users in Jira in order to maintain a historical reference, though.  

If they are assignees or reporters only, you can change the user to some other user. Doing that will allow you to delete them.

I am not trying to delete them but filter them from the results of the report.
