I had a question about license and raised a ticket in support portal. I haven't received any response for over 3 business days. What is normal response time from Atlassian guys ?
Note: we have Enterprise support and I did include SEN in the support ticket.
Suppor tickets can be of 4 different levels and each level has a particular response time. You can take a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Support/Atlassian+Support+Offeringsfor more info.
You could also try posting your question here and you might be able to get an answer from one of the experts here.
